Learning Support Assistant

The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, and well-motivated person for the post of LSA to provide support for students with SEND. The post is either part-time or full-time, ranging from 0.5-1.0FTE.

The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, and well-motivated person for the post of LSA to provide support for students with SEND. In particular, we have two students about to begin phased returns to school and the LSA will provide 1-1 support for those individuals, including in lessons, in accordance with their individual support plans.

This post represents an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of working with students with SEND to support the inclusion of such students in a high-performing environment alongside a group of highly motivated and passionate colleagues and students. T

he post is offered on a fixed 4-month term with probable extension to 1 or 2 years pending confirmation of funding. Full or part time, the preferred working hours will include the school day (9:15-4:15). 

The post will commence from 2 November 2026
