Challenge 207: Tiling Trial

Can you find the probability that my final arrangement of tiles has exactly one of each colour in every row and every column of the square?

I have 9 square tiles; 3 are red, 3 are blue and 3 are yellow. I arrange them into a 3 by 3 square, choosing which tile to place where at random.

What is the probability that my final arrangement of tiles has exactly one of each colour in every row and every column of the square?
