Can you calculate the exact ratio of the areas of triangles ABC and PQR?

Inside a right-angled isosceles triangle with vertices A, B and C, with AB = AC,   I draw the largest possible circle, which touches the triangle at three points – P, Q and R, with P on AB, Q on AC and R on BC.
