Zhanna Kytaieva is Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Rullion Ltd, a UK-based private recruitment and staffing company. Born in Ukraine, she lived and worked there until 2022 in private equity portfolio companies and in international businesses across the telecoms, media, agriculture, construction, FMCG and food processing sectors. With almost 30 years’ experience in finance, including 22 years as a CFO and more than a decade at Board level, she brings strong expertise in finance, governance, strategic planning and risk management.

Alongside her professional role, Zhanna was actively involved in promoting mathematics education. She has volunteered in organising and supporting mathematical Olympiads for young people in Ukraine, Thailand and Hong Kong, giving her practical insight into advanced mathematical enrichment and the needs of mathematically talented students.
