Rachel grew up in the New Forest in Hampshire, before settling in South London, where she has lived since graduating from Goldsmith's college, University of London. She has worked in marketing and communications in a wide range of contexts, including roles at Teach First and The Day. She currently works on the global education portfolio at the British Council. She loves swimming - outdoors if possible - and crosswords.
