Herman is the Director of Higher Education and Acting Head of A Level at King’s College School Wimbledon, where he oversees the university applications of every sixth form pupil to UK and overseas destinations, and coordinates and runs the A level curriculum. Prior to his role at King’s, Herman had held pastoral leadership roles, namely as a Head of House, where he oversaw the academic progress and pastoral care for pupils in years 9 to 13; and as a member of the sixth form team, where he revamped and coordinated PSHEE provision.
