King's College London Maths School Trust is a Company incorporated in England and Wales, limited by guarantee with registered Company number 08475184. The Registered Office is King's College London Mathematics School, 80 Kennington Road, London SE11 6NJ.

The Members of the Trust are ex-officio the Principal, Vice Principal (Education), Vice Principal (Arts and Sciences), the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical and Engineering Sciences, of King’s College London, and the Chair of the Governing Body. The Principal and Trust Accounting Officer is Dan Abramson OBE.
