GCSE+ Year 11

This year we are extending GCSE+ into the Spring Term of year 11. The focus of these sessions will be preparation for GCSE: each week we will look in detail at a particular topic from the syllabus and, together, work through some challenging questions on that topic. The sessions will be designed for Year 11 students aiming to achieve grades 8 or 9.

We have space for new students on this programme! If you want to join these sessions please email

Sessions will be online (on Zoom) every week on Tuesdays from 17:15 to 18:30 starting Tuesday 12 January.

GCSE+ is an extensive programme of enrichment for students in Years 9 and 10, with sessions running fortnightly on weekday evenings during term time from January through to December. Find out more about GCSE+

GCSE+ sessions are currently being run online. We will recruit for a new GCSE+ cohort once we know it is safe to run sessions face to face again.

Extensions: mathematics beyond the classroom

Ten exciting linked sessions of problem solving and mathematical thinking are set to take place in the Spring term 2021 on Fridays online, 16:00-17:30.

Find out more about the extensions programme.

Applicants for the extensions programme were asked to solve these problems. Applications are now closed.
